Kiratpreet Kaur Goraya

Kirat is an experienced business immigration attorney with a strong background in complex, high-stakes employment-based immigration. Prior to founding her own practice, she spent five years at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where she represented multinational corporations, emerging companies, executives, researchers, and other high-achieving professionals in a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, with particular expertise in cases involving individuals of extraordinary ability and exceptional achievement. She holds a JD (2020) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the National Association of Women Lawyers.

Kultarpreet Singh Goraya

Kultar began his legal career in India, earning an LLB from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar, Punjab in 2016 and briefly practicing criminal defense before moving to the United States to continue his legal education. He holds both an LLM (2018) and JD (2022) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, gaining hands-on experience assisting clients with U.S. immigration matters. From 2022 to 2024, he further honed his practical experience while working with a nonprofit organization, representing individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes across the state of Indiana. He is now licensed to practice law in Minnesota, which allows him to represent clients in federal immigration matters across the United States, providing knowledgeable and personalized guidance every step of the way. Kultar is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
